1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DocReady Pro website (the "Service"), placing an order, or submitting an intake form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of Services — Not Legal Advice

DocReady Pro provides document preparation services only. We assist individuals and businesses in completing legal forms and documents by typing information provided by the customer into forms and templates. We are not attorneys and do not practice law.

Our services do not constitute and should not be relied upon as legal advice. We cannot advise you on whether a particular document is appropriate for your situation, what legal rights or obligations you may have, or how to proceed in any legal matter.

We strongly recommend that you consult with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before executing, signing, or relying on any document we prepare.

3. Services and Pricing

DocReady Pro offers document preparation services including, but not limited to: LLC formation packages, business document preparation (NDAs, contractor agreements, partnership agreements, MOUs), divorce document preparation, demand letters, real estate document preparation, custom document requests, and monthly business retainer services.

Prices are as listed on our Services page and are subject to change without notice. Rush delivery (4–8 business hours) is available at a 50% surcharge above the base price. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4. Delivery and Turnaround

Standard delivery is 24–48 business hours from the time we receive complete and accurate information from you. Rush delivery is 4–8 business hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET). Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery times may be extended if we require additional information from you, if your request is unusually complex, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if a delay is anticipated.

5. Refund and Satisfaction Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the documents we prepare, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will revise the documents at no additional charge. If we are unable to satisfy your request after two revision attempts, we will provide a full refund.

Refunds are not available for: (a) rush delivery fees once work has begun; (b) completed orders where revisions were not requested within 7 days; (c) orders cancelled after document preparation has begun (a partial refund may be issued at our discretion); or (d) orders where the customer provided inaccurate or incomplete information.

Monthly retainer subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused retainer time.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information in your intake form. DocReady Pro is not responsible for errors in documents resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

You are responsible for reviewing all documents we prepare before signing, executing, or filing them. You are responsible for ensuring that any documents we prepare comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

7. Geographic Scope

DocReady Pro serves customers in all 50 U.S. states for business documents, LLC formations, NDAs, demand letters, and custom requests. Divorce document preparation and real estate document preparation are state-specific services; availability will be confirmed at intake.

We do not currently serve customers outside the United States.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DocReady Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Documents we prepare for you are delivered for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense documents prepared by DocReady Pro without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCREADY PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DocReady Pro is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
